“I was there today for first time and I fall in love. The facility is clean and organized, they have everything you need in order to have a successful workout. They are military friendly and I can say the manager and the staff are kind and energetic as soon as you enter they start motivate and they are always checking on you. The parking lot is good too and the sauna and steam room are great. Please come and visit make this your gym you will not regret it.”

“Been a member here since May of this year '25. Good price, great equipment, a lot of it is brand new stuff. They have hot saunas in the locker rooms, and it's usually pretty quiet which is how I like it. Switched here from the YMCA and I have no regrets.”
