They were able to repair a tire that I previously had at Firestone (I'll never go back there) Tyler was able to correctly fix the leak, cleaned the rim bead, installed a new valve stem and mount the tire with the correct side facing out. “I went in for a slow leak and since my tires were still good, the guys patched the tire. They also gave me a lot of information about my tires.
Even though it was a small job, they got me in quickly, and I was out in 30 minutes. I’ll be needing new tires in a few months, so I’ll definitely be going back to Flynn’s.!”

“1962 Dodge Lancer; live locally so not in a hurry. Couldn't find local place that would remove tank so Jim said that they would remove, refurbish and reinstall tank for me. Took some time as they are quite busy refurbishing shipped tanks and don't normally remove them from vehicles. All done then found leak in gas fill tube at bottom where it meets tank and had to order replacement seal\\gasket. Jim installed new seal and all good. Jim and everyone there were always polite personable and professional. Pricing was fair for the work done and I could not be more satisfied with the work.”

“As a car enthusiast, finding a trusted shop to work on your build can be tough. Big thanks to Kyle and the team at Lug Nutz.
I brought in my 2005 Nissan 350Z for a full inspection and oil leak diagnosis after an engine swap. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the car, provide photos, explain their findings, and correctly identify issues that had been missed elsewhere. They found a warped aftermarket valve cover, corrected several reliability concerns, and got the car driving better than it has in a long time.
Professional communication, detailed inspections, and quality work. If you’re looking for a shop that takes diagnosis seriously and doesn’t just throw parts at a problem, I highly recommend Lug Nutz. I’ll definitely be back for future upgrades and maintenance on my Z.
Update: I’ve continued bringing my 350Z back to Lug Nutz since then, and they’ve continued to take great care of the car. From helping with repairs to keeping me updated and making sure things are done right, they’ve earned my trust. I’m thankful to have found a shop that understands the car, respects the build, and treats it like it matters.”

Mike was the only mobile mechanic in the area to actually answer a phone call then he came out within 3 hours to tackle a fan clutch job. He was completely done in an hour and a half and charged a more than fair price for his services. He saved our vacation. Mikes Mobile Auto rocks.”
“Dwayne's has become our go-to mechanic, hands-down. He's HONEST, fair, and reasonable. He makes sure you're in a safe vehicle and doesn't make up services you don't need. In fact, I recently thought I needed four new brakes and rotors, and was bracing myself for the cost. He gave me the price before I went in. Imagine my delight when he let me know my back brakes and rotors were not in need of replacement for another 7 months or so. I'm sure 99% of other shops would have just done the work and charged me since I didn't know any better, but Dwayne and his mechanics have genuine integrity. We take all of our vehicles to him now and would recommend him to anyone!”
“Nearly 25 years, three vehicles, and more than 800,000 combined miles later, I think I’m finally overdue to write Cerra Automotive the review they deserve.
I’m almost positive my first visit was sometime around 2002. In that time, I’ve had a Toyota Tacoma that made it to 252,000 miles, a Nissan Altima that reached 227,000 miles, and my current Nissan Altima that is still on the road today with 361,000 miles on it.
I don’t think those numbers happen by accident.
I attribute so many of those miles to the people at Cerra Automotive. They have taken care of my vehicles, helped me make smart decisions about repairs, kept me safely on the road, and earned my trust over and over again. I live in Pittsburgh and happily make the 60 minute drive to get there because when you find people you trust with your car, you don’t go looking for someone closer just to save yourself a few miles.
Over all these years, they have also become much more than the people who work on my cars. I’ve watched the family grow, gotten to know everyone, and genuinely enjoy walking through the door. After this many years, it feels a lot more like visiting people I know and care about than dropping my car off at a repair shop.
You’ve probably heard some version of the advice that there are a few people in life you hold onto once you find them, and an honest mechanic is definitely one of them. I could not agree more.
If you drive a Japanese vehicle and are looking for people who know what they’re doing, will treat you fairly, and will take care of your vehicle as if they actually want to see it reach the next 100,000 miles, go see the Cerra family.
Five stars doesn’t really seem sufficient after nearly 25 years, three vehicles, and more than 800,000 combined miles. If Google gave me ten, I’d happily use every one of them.

He made the process of getting my vehicle fixed so easy. It honestly felt too good to be true. He took care of everything and it all went so smoothly. I had some minor dissatisfaction with my finished product, but they were able to fix it within 30 minutes of me just stopping in.”

“Joe at McDonald's has provided me with excellent service on several occasions. He has taken care of state inspections and emissions and all repairs needed on my daughter's and mother's cars. He has done the same for my personal cars as well. Although, he works by appointment he took the time to squeeze my mother's car in recently when she needed an emergency repair on a failure item. His pricing is very competitive and always what he says it will be. Additionally, repairs are always done when he says. I have sent friends and family his way and will continue to do so as well as take our cars there.

“I've always had pretty good experience with the service department. The staff are friendly and helpful in getting your work completed efficiently. I trust them to work on my vehicles. Prices are about what you would expect at a dealer based on the labor rates and part prices these days. It would be nice if they'd offer significant discounts for long time customers, aside from the free inspection for vehicles purchased there. I'd probably be more inclined to have additional items taken care of by them.”

“I can't say enough, they went above and beyond. Curt Greek (salesman) was fantastic! I filled out the inquire and credit app online. He contacted me the next day and got to work right away. No need to negotiate pricing. We got a great deal with the Honda Family discount program. We communicated via text and email. Once we got to the dealership we just had to sign and drive. They even pulled our vehichle and our new 2025 Honda Odyssey Elite into the showroom, so we didn't have to take our newborn into the cold. I would highly recommend this dealership and they have a new customer for future business.”

“We used Smail Acura to diagnose and repair a difficulty re-starting after brief drive with my 2025 MDX ASpec Advanced (purchased new from Smail in June 2024 as one of the first 25’s). From making a service appointment, to arrival and quick service, treated like family. Cameron in service was top notch with keeping me informed and the service technician, Marc, did fantastic work to diagnose faulty starter. Changed it and sent me on my way. Would HIGHLY recommend this ACURA service department. This particular dealership has made me loyal to this Acura brand since 2001.”
