“I've always had pretty good experience with the service department. The staff are friendly and helpful in getting your work completed efficiently. I trust them to work on my vehicles. Prices are about what you would expect at a dealer based on the labor rates and part prices these days. It would be nice if they'd offer significant discounts for long time customers, aside from the free inspection for vehicles purchased there. I'd probably be more inclined to have additional items taken care of by them.”
“I have a 2019 GCL 300 with 100,000 miles. Bud Smail completed my B Service and installed new spark plugs for a tune up. They also installed a new thermostat for the cooling system. Lot of work, but I want to keep the car in tip top. Service done well. No problems. about 2 weeks later, I had a windshield wiper come loose in the rain. They took me in immediately and got me back on the road. I am pleased with their service and performance. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone.”
“Deer decided it wanted to hang out on rt 30 in the middle of the night. When I attempted to dodge it it also decided I wasn't going to do that.
Smail actually made it look better than before somehow.
When I got it back I noticed when locking my car it wasn't beeping once I had it returned, took it back in and they fixed the horn on it in about 20 minutes.

“I couldn't be more pleased with the courteous and professional service that was provided to me today at Hill City Service. They were prompt starting at the appointed time and very friendly. They showed me there were some issues the needed resolved. After the work was completed, they took it for a test drive.

“One thing I will say is that these guys are an honest bunch who know their stuff. And I'd say those are the two most crucial things when it comes to a mechanic. They originally quoted me for what they thought the job was going to entail. I agreed. After learning that the job wasn't going to require quite as much work, they called me back and lowered the price. They could have kept the price the same and I would have been none the wiser. I was referred to these guys because they were supposedly the best in the business when it comes to electrical repairs and I can confirm that this is the case. The next time I have electrical issues with my vehicle I know where I'll be going. Special shout-out to Dave who kept me up to date on the progress being made and for just being an all around pleasant dude. Highly recommend Murray's.”
“I can’t say enough about how great this shop is. My insurance tried to get me to go to some budget body shop after their client hit me. I told them NO WAY! He made the process of getting my vehicle fixed so easy. It honestly felt too good to be true. He took care of everything and it all went so smoothly. I had some minor dissatisfaction with my finished product, but they were able to fix it within 30 minutes of me just stopping in.”

I have a unique car I imported from Japan that was rear ended and almost thought it was totaled just due to not being able to get parts but they were able to save and repair everything! Can’t even tell it was in an accident. If you have a unique car or hot rod or looking for someone who can actually repair something instead of replacing it I couldn’t recommend them any higher. “Normally when shopping for auto parts it is a matter of convince for me. I like getting everything I need in one spot. Today, as I have many times before, I visited O'Reilly auto parts in Greensburg, PA. I actually made 2 trips in today. The 1st time I was looking for a lawn and garden battery for my tractor. Michelle was fantastic and really went out of her way to make sure I got the one I needed. The 2nd trip I decided today was the day for new front brakes on my truck. I am confused by the million different brand names and styles of brake pads. I tow an RV with my family. Safety is the only choice. I had picked out what I thought to be a pretty middle of the road set of pads and rotors. On this trip I was helped by Lyle, an Assistant Manager. Lyle represents what good customer service is! He remembered that I have a camper from our previous conversations. He recommended a different set of brakes that would accommodate my driving habits better. He did not have to do that, and I was amazed that he rembered! After I got everything I needed Lyle wished me luck, oh and asked about my grown son that is away in the Army!! Lyle and Michelle are great employees and deserved to be recognized for all they do!!! I will only be shopping O'Reilly now!”

“My 17 yo son needed new front brake pads for his Cobalt. He went to Napa for their lowest priced brake pads. They were 22.99 a set for the front pads. I believe it was Jeremy that helped him? Anyway, he begged my son to not put the cheaper pads on his car. When my son said thats all the money he had, Jeremy offered to sell him the next tier brake pads for the cost of the cheaper ones! I usually dont go to Napa much becaise they always seem to be a few dollars more than other stores. The actual concern for my son that they showed, and didnt have to, is worth more than the few extra dollars. I will buy from Napa as much as possible now!! Thank you!!!”
“I had a blown tire, and was driving on my donut. The service tech and manager at the tire center really took great care of me. At first I set an appointment with the two ladies and they were also super helpful, but they soonest they had was Tuesday 3 days away. I made the appointment and shopped in Walmart. After checking out I wanted to check about ordering the same tires, they didn't have them in store. That's when the tech and manager saw my spare on my car out front and offered to put a pair of Douglass tires on for me. It was 6:30pm they close in half an hour. They said you can't drive a spare until Tuesday. I was just so impressed by the level of care they showed me. When they could've made me wait until my appointment. The tires were cheaper than the ones I wanted to order so they saved me money. They also were super quick. they had two tires changed in maybe 15 to 20 minutes it was so quick I was driving home by 7pm. Dillon, Russell and whoever else was there on 11/22/2025 has my many thanks.”
