The stores are well lit, organized, and clean, with a consistent layout that makes items easy to find. The staff is ready to help, friendly, and provides fast checkout. While the quality of selection is good and the inventory is awesome for automotive, hand tools, and shop equipment, the store is sometimes out of stock on certain items. Many find great value in the affordable tools for projects, especially for items used occasionally. It is considered a good place to get necessary tools for less than other major brands.
Prefer to shop for tools here than Lowes or Home Depot. Better service, that's for sure. You can find deals everywhere, and the tools are top notch in quality.
