Pandora in Westmoreland mall, is truly the best pandora I’ve ever been to, Chloe and Diane are truly angels, they went above and beyond to help me exchange a ring I got on Valentine’s Day, and helped me get something that suited my needs best :)
They made the atmosphere feel calm and fun they gave a lighthearted experience for me and my 4 year old son, while remembering our names as we left. Two extremely kind woman!! Thank you so much! I will be back soon!

I had an issue with one of my bracelets, I called and spoke to Conner he told me bring it in and they would see what could be done. I worked with Diana and Conner and they were able to assist and help fix my bracelet! Great customer service.

After calling the pandora store at Ross Park mall, leaving a message, which never was returned, I called this store. They answered the phone and I told them what I was looking for and size. They had it and put the ring aside for me. I drove 1 hour 10 minutes to get here. Ross Park was alot closer but they will never see my business. The young ladies were very nice and helpful here. Thank you

This place is absolutely horrible. I went in asking for an employees opinion on their mother’s day jewelry selection and she was so bitter. She told me to look at the window which... there was nothing in the window.... I then proceeded to ask if i could see the rings and bracelets and she told me I needed to know my moms ring and wrist size before looking at them. So rude of her to assume i’d come into a jewelry shop to buy jewelry and not know sizes. She has dark brown hair, and her face is very wrinkly. Do not ask her for help. I will find out her name -_-

Traveled to the Greensburg PA (Westmoreland Mall) Location to purchase The Moms Bracelet Gift Set. Upon arrival to the store I was told they still had the set in stock however it had already been "booked" or counted for inventory. I was next instructed that I could purchase all the items separately but the total was an addition 45 dollars as that is what she discussed on the phone with her store manager. After I asked for the corporate phone number the saleswomen went to the back for 5 to 7 minutes then a manager came out and told me they would give me the items for the same price. I again asked for the corporate number as I felt disrespected and harassed. She went into the back for a few minutes, finally i just said i would look it up online and contact them myself. I am not sure if they had the set saved for someone else, or it was because i was stereotyped, however it was a very uneasy feeling standing in the store and being treated that way.Contacting corporate is equally as painful. My phone call lasted over 1 hour and 16 minutes before i could get them to e-mail me an offer of a $35 dollar gift card but i had to order the set online and the only online sets available are in the largest size. I explained I needed it for Saturday evening as a gift and was told they could ship it expedited but could NOT guaranteed that i wouldn't have to pay the 27.99 for expedited shipping that would ultimately still not arrive by the time needed.It is a shame when you go out of your way driving to support local retail in a struggling mall environment and they refuse to sell you a product they have in stock but want you to separate the item to uncharge you. I have a long purchase history with that story buying items for both my wife and mother, however I will no longer support this retail store.I can only hope that others will read this and maybe it will help them avoid the giant waste of time and distaste that i have from my experience today.

Used to be my favorite location. Went in one day to get my bracelets cleaned and the employee accused me of having a non pandora charm as there as there was an older one on my bracelet that she wasnt familiar with, and when checked she stated she didnt see the stamp verifying that it was a pandora charm, mind you this charm is round and open and the stamp she was looking for was on the inside of the charm only visible if the charm was taken off the bracelet. I only have pandora charms on my bracelets as if you place other charms on your bracelets it voids warranty. After being belittled and made to feel a certain way she refused to clean my bracelets. I will not ever return to this pandora for anything.

I usually buy my Girlfriend a charm for birthdays and Christmas every year. Staff is always very energetic and helpful, even when you don't know what you want. Even when they are busy they are efficient and take people in the order they come in.
