“The nicest man works behind the counter here. I've had to come in person a few times this year for wedding planning, and each time he is extremely helpful, makes it quick and it's very pleasant. Knowing he works, there makes going to run errands less daunting.”

“Possibly the nicest post office workers I have ever encountered. I always get good service for mailing as well as easy and fast service for passport photos and renewals. They also have a 24 hour drop off for packages in the lobby. Never had an issue here.”

“I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 40 years and it’s consistently reliable. We all know that a trip to the post office can sometimes feel like one more thing to do, but the staff here makes the process much smoother than expected. They are all very friendly and remind us that we still live in a “bedroom community” where people know and care about each other! The wait times are manageable, even during the mid-day rush. What I appreciate most is the efficiency of the staff; they know their stuff and don't mind answering questions about shipping rates or the best way to pack a fragile item. It’s those small interactions that make it feel like a true part of the community rather than just a government building. The facility itself is clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of stamps boxes, and envelopes. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, so I’d recommend hitting it early in the morning if you’re in a hurry. Overall, it’s a solid, dependable branch with a hardworking crew. If you need to get a package out the door without a hitch, this is the spot to do it.”

“Aiden, the delivery dude, is the only one this review is for. Going out of his way to make up for everyone else's failings stg. 10 outta 10 service man. May you continue to be the best part of the worst two post offices.”

“I wanted to thank Nate for helping me track down a very important work package that got delivered to the wrong address. I was hamstrung and not able to work without this piece to my laptop and the main number was not super helpful. Once Nate called he was on the case and I had my package within an hour! Thanks Nate!!”

“Anytime I need to send packages, inquiries, any indepth issues. New Alex P.O. is my go to USPS 99.9% of the time, instead of the P.O. that services my home address. 28 years trusting New Alex P.O. delivering the best service, needs recognition as delivered.”

“I've only dealt with the staff 3 times. All 3 occasions were on par with what I'd expect from a delivery outlet. It is at least better than the local UPS stores.”
