“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”

“It's really baffling why this post office is rated only two stars. There were two employees helping people, both were kind, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. There was a constant stream of people (11am on a Friday) but they kept the line moving with everyone being helped in a timely manner. I went in to purchase and subsequently mail an envelope and a money order. Between taking the time to fill out my information on the envelope and money order and waiting in line, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Granted, they didn't roll the red carpet and serve me champagne when I walked in but I'm willing to let it slide this once.”
