When I contacted them I heard back quickly with an itemized estimate and got it repaired quickly,also Rick found another issue and took care of that while it was there, the service was outstanding and will get all my repairs on my mini done there

Love this place! Rick is a genius & diagnoses & gets to the bottom of every car repair challenge you bring to him. Forget the dealer, you must bring your Mini or BMW here! The owners Rick and Erin are wonderful people & go above & beyond to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied. Their customer service is AMAZING.
