Stopped for a late lunch and to my surprise no reservation was required. Was able to place my drink and main course order very quickly even with the very large selection on the menu. Seating and atmosphere were quaint old school diner style that I could appreciate. Service was way quicker than I anticipated due to being so busy. Meal was an absolute treat for the boring Ole lunch pallette. Overall I would rate the experience higher then most. Felt a tad underdressed due to being a work day but did not feel out of place. A 5 star experience that I would recommend any time of day. Enjoy....

I've had good times and bad times here but when I see the beautiful Frida there I know I'll have a good experience because she's the nicest and kindest person I've ever met there 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Amazing experience with your staff member, Angel. Last week while passing through from Ohio to my aunts house in Erie. I decided to get some gas for the trip and ordered some food since my local sheets in Twinsburg is my go to and never disappoints. Angel provided some amazing service when I Ordered the Quesarito and absolutely nailed it. Never had anything that delicious from any of the sheetz I've been too! Blown away too with the great hospitality she had as well recommending me some local restaurants too if I am ever back in the area. If Angel see this review Thank you! I'll have to bring my friend out to try out Majestic Bar & Grille sometime!! 10/10 will come back to this sheetz If I am back in the area for the friendly staff members as well and way better food them my closest sheetz. :)

This place always screws up my order. Their salads taste unwashed. Their bread is hard as a rock. I've gotten sick from here multiple times. Plus the people who make the food have the worst attitude. Especially on night shift. I've heard on multiple occasions them complain about an order. Plus, I heard them say "that fatty doesn't need anymore food." Very professional ?

Their food is always horrible and they never have anything in stock. I've gotten food poisoning from them twice so eat there at your own risk. Used to eat here all the time. Must be under bad management now. Went down hill significantly the last two years.

this sheetz has saved my life i’ve got reliable warm food at 2 in the morning for years and the workers there are always nicebut don’t use the bathroom there i got robbed one time and a different time there was feces on the floor, you’d have better luck peeing outsidebut the food is delicious!!!!!

I will say that this Sheetz gets my orders wrong way more than it gets it right. So I just stopped going to this location. However the Sheetz customer service online is amazing at fixing the issues, I really appreciate them and they always make me feel valued as a customer. I also appreciate the public restroom. The parking lot is way too small, definitely an accident waiting to happen. But yeah I avoid this location because of the constant mistakes with my food.
