“I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my kid, but it was a relief to be able to walk in and find not one but 4 pairs of shorts for him at the same place. I appreciated the sale that was going on as well. The employee behind the counter was very nice, greeted us as we walked in, and made small talk as we were leaving. I know from experience working in retail is not always the easiest thing to do, so I appreciated the effort he put forth.”
“I went to the outlet mall for J Crew but came away a huge fan of Banana Republic instead. The quality of the clothing is of a much higher quality at Banana Republic, as well as the selection of clothing, organization of the store, and even the professionalism of the employees. I have also since ordered online for pickup. Great store, will be back.”
“I was skeptical of this brand, but the associates were kind and knowledgeable without being pushy. The quality appears to be good with 100% cotton options, clean stitching, and good fabric weight. Obviously, prices are not cheap, but for the services, quality, and lifetime of these pieces, it can certainly be worth it.”
“Ever since I learned about Lucky, I've yet to find a better combination of quality, price, and comfort for jeans. Anytime I need jeans, I'll make the trip down here to see and try them on. Plus, this outlet usually has better pricing deals than online. They also have a nice staff which can help you out.
Their tops are generally good quality but not my style. Also, skip their leather products. I've owned the Touring jacket for several years and although the shell is real leather, it's extraordinarily heavy & stiff, does not breath, and is not insulated. It's worth it to spend that extra bump for a more premium jacket.”

“If I could rate this store a 10 out of 5, I would! The staff is phenomenal, greets with a smile and are very helpful. Not only does all of the staff go above and beyond but their managers Erin and Emily are the sweetest, most helpful and patient people I know! Long story short, my parka I had, accidentally got damaged right before leaving to go outside of the country and last minute Erin was able to hold parkas to ensure that I had a warm parka for my trip and to wear once I got back. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, help and kindness from any retail store before. They def deserve another promotion/raise for giving the best customer service and they made sure that everything fit perfect and that I was happy and content. They’re the best! I’ll def be going back and will continue to recommend their store solely because of their exceptional service and quality.”
“I took my granddaughter in for undergarments for school. The staff was so incredibly helpful!! The woman who helped us was so sweet! She even measured my grand so we could get the perfect fit! She let us in the store before she was about to lock it, then she took my name and phone number incase ger manager found them in the morning. So greatful for her.
