“I stopped in this location yesterday after my daughters purse was taken from the food court, she was visibly upset because the purse meant more to her than the contents. The girl working asked if she could help with anything and we explained the situation, she gave my daughter a coupon for 15% off of a purse. Although, she couldn’t get the same purse she had she found one that she liked. I just wanted to give kuddos to the young lady that was so kind to a child.”
“Went in, on 9/12/2023, asked if they knew how to griptape boards, a nice gentlemen said he knew, then procede to spend the next half an hour going over designs and styles with me untill it was litteraly impossible for me to not be impressed with what he did, really made my day. I forgot to get his name, but if you hate gripling boards, please check them out”

“Love, love, love this place to get ... Undergarments! Bras are almost always buy 2 get 2 free, so it's a tremendous deal! They have my favorite seamless, wire free bras there as well and I now have them in almost every color. The selection for men isn't quite as good, but you can cover your bits and your feet ... Maybe not in style, but quite adequately!”
“I went to the outlet mall for J Crew but came away a huge fan of Banana Republic instead. The quality of the clothing is of a much higher quality at Banana Republic, as well as the selection of clothing, organization of the store, and even the professionalism of the employees. I have also since ordered online for pickup. Great store, will be back.”

“The theater has changed to self service for tickets, which is not as pleasant as talking to people, but it's the way of the world. The theater was comfortable and clean. Ticket prices are a tad high, but concessions have stayed the same (still high, but you definetly get a lot of product). The popcorn is amazing.”
“I usually have great success at this location. Last year I had learned when making a warranty claim, North Face makes specific clothing just for the outlet stores.This visit, the selection was small. Hardly any winter coats and sizes were minimal.I also want to add, if your staff is sick, please send them home or wear a mask or work in the back away from customers. The cashier who cashed me out was clearly very sick. She wiped her runny nose on her hand then touched my clothing. I really wanted to say “gross”. I’m not sure why a mask wasn’t worn. Wasn’t impressed this time!”
“I recently visited this store to peruse the sale racks & pick up some long-sleeved t's. The employees in the store are always extremely friendly & helpful but the selection was very sparse. Usually the store is fully stocked but not my recent visit. I was told the items I was looking for never arrived for fall & they don't know when they will be coming in. Consider calling before your next visit to be sure they are offering what is in your list!”

“We were pretty satisfied with our stop at the Grove City Premium Outlets. There were a lot of "common" shops like Banana Republic and Coach but also shops that are pretty unique that you don't find at other outlets (like Harry & David's and Nova Wineries). We actually got nice gifts for friends from Harry & David's (with a great discount)! We also enjoyed the Nike shop here. They have a variety of items (cool designs of shoes too) and a lot of "extra 30% off" items too. The overall outlet is very cute with a lot of flowers and green. Nice walk even though you're not there to buy anything in particular.”

“I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my kid, but it was a relief to be able to walk in and find not one but 4 pairs of shorts for him at the same place. I appreciated the sale that was going on as well. The employee behind the counter was very nice, greeted us as we walked in, and made small talk as we were leaving. I know from experience working in retail is not always the easiest thing to do, so I appreciated the effort he put forth.”
