“Nautica is a chain store that sells men's and women's clothing and accessories and some home goods. For many years, I have shopped at this store. During my most recent visit, I picked out a couple of things to purchase. At the checkout counter, one employee ignored me. Another employee eventually showed up, but he rang up my purchase for the regular rather than sale price. I had to get a third employee to charge the sale price. I do like the quality of clothing that I bought.”
