“I went to the outlet mall for J Crew but came away a huge fan of Banana Republic instead. The quality of the clothing is of a much higher quality at Banana Republic, as well as the selection of clothing, organization of the store, and even the professionalism of the employees. “Nautica is a chain store that sells men's and women's clothing and accessories and some home goods. For many years, I have shopped at this store. During my most recent visit, I picked out a couple of things to purchase. At the checkout counter, one employee ignored me. Another employee eventually showed up, but he rang up my purchase for the regular rather than sale price. I had to get a third employee to charge the sale price. I do like the quality of clothing that I bought.”

The associates on hand assisted in making sure if an item wasn't available they looked it up and gave me the proper info to obtain those items.
