The Le Creuset Outlet Store offers incredible deals, especially around the holidays, and is a great way to start or expand a cookware collection. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make shopping trips enjoyable. They are amazingly helpful, patient, and never pressure customers to make a purchase. Staff members provide excellent service, such as sending pictures and descriptions of items to distant customers, helping place orders, and offering local suggestions. Their dedication extends to thoughtful gestures like mailing notes to customers. This location is highly recommended for its over-and-beyond service and fantastic cookware.
Lauren and Tanya have been the most amazingly helpful staff! I live in Canada and they have helped me (and I know will continue to help me :) ) with many purchases at this location and others in the USA.
