“This store deserves more than 5 stars and not just got the incredible deals (especially around the holidays), but also for the staff who went above and beyond to make our shopping trip enjoyable!
Special thanks to Lauren who entertained our 5-year-old so I explore the store. She even tried to help find the eyeball of an octopus toy my daughter managed to lose somwhere possibly in the store. She even offered to mail it if she found it.
A week or so later, we did receive some mail from store, and although Lauren was not able to find the eyeball, she did send a note with some octopus facts I shared with my kiddo. For me, this was over and beyond service, and I will be happy to shop again there soon!
