Staff members provide excellent service, such as sending pictures and descriptions of items to distant customers, helping place orders, and offering local suggestions. Their dedication extends to thoughtful gestures like mailing notes to customers. This location is highly recommended for its over-and-beyond service and fantastic cookware.
Love this store ! Friendly and helpful staff. I went in and forgot to bring the information to buy a lid for one of my pots and as soon as I told them what I had they knew immediately what lid I needed. Also made some great recommendations!

It was clean, friendly staff. Want a lot of the items but want expecting to pay the price. I thought it was a store that sold seconds. I did make a purchase.

I was a hassle of a customer and the staff took the time to make sure I was helped as well as they could. Every Le Creuset outlet store is good for obvious reasons, but here the staff genuinely cared and went above and beyond the norm!
