I appreciated the sale that was going on as well. The employee behind the counter was very nice, greeted us as we walked in, and made small talk as we were leaving. I know from experience working in retail is not always the easiest thing to do, so I appreciated the effort he put forth.”

“If I could rate this store a 10 out of 5, I would! The staff is phenomenal, greets with a smile and are very helpful. Not only does all of the staff go above and beyond but their managers Erin and Emily are the sweetest, most helpful and patient people I know! Long story short, my parka I had, accidentally got damaged right before leaving to go outside of the country and last minute Erin was able to hold parkas to ensure that I had a warm parka for my trip and to wear once I got back. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, help and kindness from any retail store before. They def deserve another promotion/raise for giving the best customer service and they made sure that everything fit perfect and that I was happy and content. They’re the best! I’ll def be going back and will continue to recommend their store solely because of their exceptional service and quality.”
