“I had crushed part of my exhaust pipe by driving off of a high curb. I needed a quick fix to get the van drivable again. Johnny cut out the bad pipe, replaced it with a new piece, and even took the extra time to reattach a heat shield that had been rattling around. Johnny reminded me it was only a temporary fixed and told me what I needed to replace to make it right. I was out of there in 35 minutes. Excellent, Honest Service - on a Friday afternoon no less! Thank You!”

“Karl is a Cedar Cliff alum of mine from 1982. I appreciate his professional ability to network with other spare auto parts outlets in “the 757” area (SE Virginia) to find me a rear left tail light assembly enabling to help pass February inspection. His referral to M & J Motors of Yorktown VA will enable to obtain parts necessary for replacing a blown compressor and associated parts. Thank you very much Karl, Joy, and associates!”

“Everyone was helpful and not rude which I appreciated a lot and everybody really knew their stuff but weirdly acted initially like they were at a loss for information when I asked questions but then once they got rolling they were full of helpful information & did a real quick turn around for me as well as really solid recommendations for the future.”
