We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
I have always had nothing but a great experience when visiting. Today I was assisted by Emily in the drive through and she was very pleasant! Vesta (I believe that's her name) has always been great to work with as well any time that I've had to go inside.

Staff are courteous. The hours of operation could be better ie: closed at 5pm weekdays, most people work till 5p not convenient. The corp changes proceedures and requirements regularly, this causes confusion to customers and slows transactions.

I was a little hesitant when Susquehanna Bank switched to BB&T but everything was a smooth transition. Very friendly staff and and banking with them has been a pleasant experience. Only complaint so far is they aren't on Android pay or Samsung pay yet.
