“The guy who owns this place is a class act. Had my car bottom out on a backroad and wrecked my radiator and air conditioning system along with my front bumper almost falling off. I went in for just the minimum repair (the radiator) so i could get back home to Philly. He went above and beyond and fixed all three issues for a super reasonable price. He also had it done in only a matter of hours. He also went out of his way to pick me up and take me to his shop from one town over. His quality of work is awesome. He was nothing but professional. If your in the Great Bend/Hallstead area and need some automotive work please consider giving this man your business. “Good price on a 4 set of mismatch used tires for something with 75-80% tread life , mounted and balanced , was in and out rather quick, guys working were nice , salesman or owner can probably run some people the wrong way but this is a used tire shop in nepa idk what people expect ! They also stayed open later than posted hours to for me in.”

“Can’t give these guys enough praise for helping me out. New to Hot Shot, broke off my safety chain turning around in a New York truck stop. On the FOURTH of JULY, hopped out a hot tub after running a 5 mile marathon, to come and weld on a new chain mount, but also replaced my chains with a few extra links so I would not do that again. Even painted it!!!!Thank God he did change before coming!!!!! All I can say is WOW and thanks.”
