Verizon in Hamburg, PA, operated by Victra, is highly regarded for its friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the dedication of store associates like Nick, who is praised for being patient, professional, and customer-oriented, often staying late to ensure customer needs are met. The team, including Gabe and Kai, is known for providing outstanding service characterized by patience, understanding, and kindness, making even those who are not tech-savvy feel comfortable. While overall experiences are positive, some customers note that interactions with the owner can vary, with some finding him dismissive or rude. However, as long as customers seek assistance from the staff rather than the owner, they typically receive excellent support. The store offers a full range of wireless devices, accessories, and device protection, aiming to connect technology to life in a trustworthy and fun way.
Kai, the store manager is awesome! My issue needed to be handled by the website and not a store, but he called them and worked directly with them to assist me rather than just say he couldn't help. Kai was knowledgeable, pleasant, and willing to go above & beyond. Highly recommend Kai.

Had put off getting a new phone for a very long time because last trade-in was brutal. Thanks to Briana this time was so much more pleasant. It did take quite a long time as store was busy with only one person working, but she was great.

Great experience. Suzanne is absolutely amazing! Took the time to go over our whole bill and update our plans. Also upgrading phones was a breeze.
