“I am so very impressed with my entire experience. My teenage son got rear-ended, for the second time (I know). I called our normal body shop in Florence and after three unanswered calls decided to try somewhere new. After one ring to Crones, I made an appointment to bring the car in the next day, Friday, for an estimate. After a mild freakout and a VERY long step by step run down of my sons weekend plans, I decided it was necessary to reschedule. The employee was extremely understanding, even though they had a full schedule for Monday, he said they could squeeze me in. He also gave me info for a rental car if I was going to leave it. When I dropped the car off, a mechanic came out and spent some time looking at the damage and answered my questions. Coolest thing ever. As soon as the estimate was completed, I received a text message with a link to all the paperwork and a completion date! Now my teenager can plan out the longest 8 days he has ever had. lol. The estimate was extremely easy to read and the repair costs were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than what I was charged 5 months earlier for the same parts/same repair at a different shop in Florence. Everything was replaced with OEM parts. I received updates via text and could go to the link at anytime and see specifically what they were working on. They finished the car 3 days early! I gave them a call to verify that the car was ready for pick up that Friday, they told me to come on by and the rental car company will come to them and pick up the rental. It was all so easy. The rear end looks brand new! It looks better than before the accident. There was a few places after the first accident that I could tell a repair was made, not anymore! They did a fantastic job. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. I go to get into the car and they fixed the broken door handle! This is a 17 year old boys first car, I did not pay for a detail, the inside of the car was completely spotless and it smelled like actual flowers! I am so impressed with this shop!”
