The team at P&L was excellent. Had me hooked up and ready to go in 15 minutes. Equipment was in great condition. They met me at the yard when I returned to unhook the trailer for me. Highly recommened for all your moving needs. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

This wife & husband team are AWESOME and we’re beyond helpful! First time putting the hitch on and needed all parts to tow a trailer; the ball, pin, etc they went beyond their call of duty to make sure I had what I needed to get the job done then rented me the trailer and were so giving with their time and patience. I can’t say enough good! Wish more people in the world were as kind as they are! Definitely will be going there for all of my uhaul needs!

Pretty happy with my recent experience at this UHAUL pickup place. The truck was clean, and ready to go when I showed up. There are a few reasons I didn't give it 5 starts.1. Uhaul texted me and told me I had to "complete" my reservation one day prior to the move. I was driving and could not use online so I called this location. I left a detailed message but they never called me back. I ended up stopping only to find out no "confirmation" was required, I had already supplied my credit card.2. The rental agreement said the truck had 3/4 tank of gas when in reality it was more like 5/8. That's kind of a big deal with a 31 gallon tank at nearly $5/gallon.3. One of the tires on the truck was 12 lbs lower in psi than the other 3. The tires had 81 psi but the right front had 69. I only found this out the next morning when I was departing at 0430. Those air pumps at the chain gas stations only pump up to about 60 or 70 psi so I had no way of filling the tire. The truck pulled a little because the tire was low.All in all, I'm happy with my experience and the price for a 1 way was certainly reasonable. The truck only had 10K miles on it and was very clean. The woman in the shop was friendly and even the Rottweiler was happy to see me.

Met with the proprietor for reservation of a motorcycle trailer; came back on the appointed date and it was ready; brought it back as agreed and dropped it per instruction. They sent us an email with a pdf of the final billing and it was as expected. The trailer was as expected, the service was more than expected. What I liked was the proprietor related the trailer was to be returned so it was available for locals. Prior to going I called local Uhauls and there were no motorcycle trailers available. So Hamlin's neighborhood Uhaul wins kudos from this customer. I also found it great that not only did they go over the billing prior to pickup but also reviewed the setup on our vehicle. We will be back. Thanks and keep up the service!
