Absolute terrible customer experience, not that hard to pick up the phone every once in awhile. Do better, I would literally recommend anything else besides Belco, you’re better off just holding onto your own money.

Follow up, finally got them to refund the FULL AMOUNT they have previously added on for "lack of insurance" and they are still charging me double on my monthly payment. This place is a total scam and I definitely won't be using them in the future.
