If I may be honest, I find the majority of workers to be rude and miserable :-( it was so refreshing to meet them and have them service my needs. Kudos, Ladies!”
“We lived in the town of Manchester for over 20 years, having a PO box we frequented the post office sometimes daily. I raised my son in that town, over the years we got to know the friendly faces there & they us. What incredible customer service, they are kind, efficient, remember everyone & address them by name. These folks were some of our family's biggest cheerleaders & even chipped in to gift my son both birthday & graduation cards...this just doesn't happen now a days! Our family has moved but we are going to miss our friends at the Manchester post office & will remember them fondly”

“The staff at this post office is so helpful. We had to be out of state for several months last year. Using the federal website for forwarding was daunting both setting it up and ending the service. The Post Mistress was so patient and helpful setting me up. She also assisted with a passport issue. My delivery person is friendly and will place heavy boxes by my door as I am disabled now. I can't say enough about them. I have experience with the postal service in Tucson and I can tell you it ranks a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Thomasville ranks a 10+ in my book.”

“I have been using the New Oxford post office since I moved to the area 3 years ago. Every single time I am there I have gotten top notch service. The employees remember who I am and are very friendly. I miss those who have retired and have gotten to know the new people.And my letter carrier has to be one of the most friendly people I’ve met.
