This is the worse post office I’ve ever seen.. just moved here six months ago and anytime we have packages by them they’re delivered to the wrong house or mail box then we don’t receive our stuff because of the silly mistakes that constantly happen. It’s called take your time and do your job right it’s really not that hard .. look at the address and name matching it together ! So ridiculous. Staff and this one guys at this location is very lazy and doesn’t like his job obviously. Never do stuff like this but I’m annoyed after loosing yet again another package they claim was in my mail box and not there .. another new one is they leave tbe lock boxes wide open for people to just steal your stuff as well..

Not sure how the delivery lady still has her job, reading locking numbers is too hard for her. I'll gladly take her job and actually do it right.

Parking lot beside the building, is always full. Then you walk in and there's only 3 customers inside. I guess they let the employees park there. It's very inconvenient for the customers.

For the 2nd time in a month my packages have been delivered to the wrong address cause they can't tell the difference between charlesave where I live an charles st where they deliver my stuff then I have to fight to get my stuff back they never answer phones an there online services are not working either this place is garbage

I got a notice they attempted a delivery but couldn’t deliver and my product is being held for pickup, seriously don’t know why they couldn’t deliver as its a small tube of lubricant that can fit in the mailbox, this place is a joke:

I want to start by giving a shoutout to Paul for service that goes above and beyond. I made a mistake and dropped the wrong package in a blue bin. He was able to help catch it in time before it got sent out to Harrisburg, so I didn't have to wait another few days. Aside from that everyone is super helpful and friendly at this location and if there is a line, it's always short and moves fast. Thanks for all that you do and keep up the good work!
Edit: Downgrading to a 3 after living here for 9 months on multiple (over 5) occasions, despite having a mailbox on the front of my house the carrier has just tossed a small parcel that would fit with plenty of room into the box on the porch, not even close to the door and then proceeded to completely leave the outgoing mail in the mailbox. To boot most of these were after 7pm, 12 hours after it went out for delivery. Please hire more people and tell them to put the damn mail in the actual mail box and take the outgoing mail. How hard is that?

My personal experience is quite torn. When our regular route LADY is delivering it seems to all go well with except for an occasional wrong piece of mail.
BUT, when the fill in MAN delivers, there is ALWAYS a mess. Wrong mail, very late mail, and missing mail. He once saw me outside and called out to me to come get a package for me so that he didn’t have to walk 2 doors up the street to deliver it to my house. And what’s the reason Postal rates keep going up ?
