“I absolutely love this place! It is not your usual corporate Rite Aid. It is very tiny and have a very few aisles of mostly OTC and first aid products. It was built by a local pharmacist many decades ago. When he decided to retire, he sold it to Rite Aid. The two main pharmacy techs, Kaye and Tina, have worked there over 30 years+ to 25 years. Also Gretta who started a few years ago. The pharmacists have changed a few times over the last dozen years. Everyone remembers my name when I pull up to the drive thru. They know my medical history as well as my GP and are always friendly and extremely helpful. They also deliver Mon - Fri during the week for free.”
“Made an appointment for a vaccine the night before for 9:20am on a Thursday. Arrived at 9:20 and checked in with a pharmacist, no line, separate window. She was SUPER friendly and chipper, definitely calmed any nerves. Was asked to sit and wait for the pharmacist and within about 10min she came out to administer the shot. In at 9:20am, finished by 9:55EASY, FAST, PROFESSIONAL!! Get your vax shot here!”

“Watch the pricing. Sometimes you get a better deal buying name brand over store brand. Produce is usually very good. Meat is pricey unless it's on sale. Really like the scanner system. We can and bag as we shop and just scan and pay and go. Nice feature.”

“I have heard this pharmacy has some rude people, and the reviews are not very good. Wonder if they (Corporate) are taking this serious or not. Sounds like things are not getting much better here. Perhaps they don't care, or are just ignoring the complaints. Or maybe, it's because they are one of the very few 24 hr. Stores in the area. I am sorry to hear of Companies treating the public like this. If not for the people, they would have no business, no income, and no employees. As for me, I have not experienced this type of behavior from CVS Pine Avenue, and I have to say, they have been quite the opposite to me. I have found them to be courteous, helpful, and timely when filling scripts. If you are unsatisfied, the best thing is to find another pharmacy to fill your needs. Good luck, and remember, folks in the retail stores can have bad days as well.”

“Been using this pharmacy for a few yrs. All the employees are amazing but, I went today and the pharmacy tech was definitely drunk or on drugs... he did a little to much of whatever his habit is. He asked my birthday 8 times and had to leave work because "he wasn't feeling well" the pharmacy apologized to me. So if anyone got shorted on there pills I'd be blaming this guy”

“1 of the few places open 24/7. Prices are a bit high but, I've never had any problems with anything I've bought from here. Great staff, very clean store and restrooms. You do have to get a code for bathroom, which is actually why it's so nice. Highly recommend for pharmacy.”
