“I have tried a number of framing places over the years including local independently owned and chain store places. North Penn Art surpasses everyone by a mile. And by other reviews you can see that they've had consistently great business for years and years and years. (and when a customer isn’t satisfied, as happens in any business, they go to great lengths to make it right.) I just brought with me to Illinois one of the very large pieces they had framed. They offer a unique and perfect system for hanging a piece which makes it very easy to level. In my move I lost some of the hardware. They graciously sent me replacement pieces and I am so happy to have the wonderfully framed peace now hanging again with me in my temporary apartment in Illinois. The way I found North Penn Art was by entering a photo contest. It was suggested to use North Penn Art to print and mat our pieces. We could go anywhere we wanted but they mentioned North Penn Art. North Penn Art is fabulous!! They have a very efficient way to lay out your work so that you can try various frame types on your piece. They are clean and organized. You can see exactly how they calculate their prices. They have lots of examples of the different kinds of framing they have done. They take very good care of your work. It’s family owned. I told the owner that I had had a very bad experience at “As You Like It Framing” in New Hope, PA he was thoughtful enough to take me into the back and show me how well organized and big their work space is. A very very professional place all around. I’ve been quite happy with all the work they’ve done for me over the years.”
“I primarily use my local UPS store to drop off packages but today I needed assistance with packaging and shipping of several boxes of fragile items. The staff, particularly Om, were knowledgeable and patient, and handled my items with care. The items were packed and shipped the same day. I will definitely continue to trust this UPS location for all of my shipping needs.”

About three years ago, our clinic needed to ship a large, critical piece of medical equipment out of state. I visited four other UPS stores first, but every single one turned us down, claiming the equipment was too large to ship through them, or quoting an outrageously high price.
As a last place, I brought it to this UPS Store, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They took a look at our equipment and found a way to ship it at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they packaged it themselves with extreme care to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit.
Thanks to their outstanding service, an important issue for our clinic was resolved smoothly. Ever since that day, this is the only UPS Store I use. Highly recommended”

“Besides being a great place for a lot of items, one thing I depend on Staples for is to get 24 x 36 posters printed out. If you go online, it's a fortune to get a poster that bigs printed and shipped. But - Staples does is for a great price and absolutely perfect prints. If you need big posters printed, please check out Staples. I love their print quality!”

“I come to this UPS Store regularly for my Amazon returns and drop-offs. The process is usually quick and easy, and the staff members are always friendly and helpful. The manager is very nice, and the store is usually clean and organized.
One thing I really appreciate about this location is how they handle small packaging issues. I’ve been to other UPS Stores where they charged me just to add a little tape or take care of something minor. At this location, if you don’t have exactly what you need, the staff usually tries to help and explain the most affordable way to get your package taken care of instead of automatically charging you for everything.
Overall, I’ve had a consistently good experience here. It’s a convenient, dependable location with friendly service, and I appreciate that they try to help customers without making simple returns more expensive than they need to be.”
