“After a traumatizing experience at a different vet due to too much anesthesia and my dog going into cardiac arrest as a result, a neighbor recommended Green Lane for future services. My dog is not the easiest to take to the vet, as she hated the old vet touching her. She had better results at Green Lane when we took her in for check ups, as she let the vets touch her and was friendly towards them. The ladies are all very sweet and helpful with answering questions. When it came time for a needed surgery, Dr. Neff was empathetic and understood our family's anxiety about our dog going under and did provide recommendations for specialty hospitals to weigh out some options for treatment. I was not a fan of the 2 I checked out, so I consulted again with Dr. Neff. She was very confident in working on my dog, and out of the other speciality hospitals I interviewed, she was the only one who was able to go into detail on her anesthesia process during surgery. We felt better taking her in this time as we were given pre-meds. The surgery went very smooth, and I was so happy when she called me to give me good news. I will recommend Green Lane to anyone who asks, and deeply appreciate everything they did for my dog. Fees are also very reasonable for all of the services they provide. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything! You are the best!”

“We needed to get our kitty, Pip Squeak, dental work due to tartar on his molars. We called for an appointment at Creature Comforts, but couldn't catch him for 2 appts. We felt badly to ask for a 3rd. Appt., but Creature Comforts was willing for another try. We caught Pip Squeak and he had his preliminary checkup, blood work, etc. and we have a Dental Cleaning appt. all set for October! Dr. Wolbramsky and her staff were welcoming and very professional in checking over Pip and the blood draw, which was done quickly and with skill. We really appreciated their understanding for our lack of skill in catching Pip Squeak and their suggestions.”

“Dr Tamas is the best hidden gem I’ve ever encountered. I’ve trusted 7 or 8 pets in her care, and that’s not easy to do. My pets are my family and I’m incredibly particular about the care they receive. I’m also incredible particular about vet care costs. I know how much things are upcharged at a lot of vets, but you’ll never see that here. Her staff is also incredible and efficient. We’ve had the pleasure of knowing great techs through Dr Tamas. Dr Tamas is the epitome of what a proper veterinarian should be and we love her to the ends of the earth.”

“I’ve been with SV for about three years now. I had two cats who were seen regularly. Appointments are easy to schedule and the front desk staff is kind and helpful. I’ve seen a few different doctors, vet techs, and support staff over the years. I have not one complaint. When we had to let my 18 year old cat go, they did it with compassion, dignity and respect. We all worked really hard to give that old man a great quality of life. Our other cat, also about 18, has needed more and more care-recently an emergent appointment that was scheduled, and then she was in a room being seen, within an hour and a half. I was very grateful. They have also given us samples of foods and products to test (as not to waste money if my cat wouldn’t eat it). Prices are reasonable. I truly recommend them. Good peoples.”

“Dr. Murarka has a heart full of compassion! He saved my most precious and beloved boy cat from dying. He made a house call, came all the way from Blue Bell to Philly, checked him out and told me to meet him back at the office because his situation was dire. My boy was perfect the next day! And years later when I took in a pregnant stray, she was in distress and lethargic during her labor. I called ahead and he took her right in, saving her life after performing surgery on her to remove the 2 kittens that had died before they could be delivered. She was being poisoned by the deceased fetuses. Dr. Murarka exhibited loving care and urgency yo save the life of a stray cat, and though it has been years since these two events, they are indelibly etched in my memory with deep gratitude.”
