Horrible customer service. Went today to get soccer cleats for my daughter and some shorts. The whole cleats section was very busy and could not get any assistance. It seemed very unorganized. Finally thought I was about to have some help, the associate looked at us and walked away. I figured they didn’t want my business at that point so we left and will go somewhere else.

Was at the store today and the gentleman who worked the shoe department was so helpful and polite and just an all around
Great employee. Considering he was by himself and very busy.

This is the worst store for customer service I have ever visited. On a Monday in the peak of Christmas shopping I stopped at the store to look for binoculars which the website had listed as in stock for 1 hour pick up. I wanted to look at them before purchasing. There was absolutely no one on the floor to ask. I finally went to the checkout counter where they were very busy and ask for assistance. Others did the same. They stated that there would be someone over soon. 15 minutes later, no one. I finally pulled the item up on the their website and went to the checkout counter (AGAIN!). They called back on their radios and replied they had NONE in the store. Either they have a piss poor website of inventory or they just didn't want to deal in customer support. Never again will I step foot inside a Dicks Sporting Goods.

Very nice after the remodel! Staff was very attentive. I had several different staff ask if I needed assistance.

Horrible experience trying to buy running shoes. Which is a shame because they carry the best stuff but without help from the staff, you don't really have access to the sneakers available for sale. You're at their mercy if they want to help you or not, or to what capacity. You won't get help here.

What a MESS this place is, even when they're not under construction which they have been for MONTHS now. Came in last year to get my stepson a fishing license. 4 of these brain-surgeon employees pushed buttons on the computer before they figured out that NONE of them knew how to do that. There went 20 minutes I'm never getting back. Today I came in to see their selection of fishing gear, which is advertised online. Had a manager tell me they don't stock ANY fishing gear. I guess the website hasn't been updated...surprise surprise. Bottom line is don't bother even walking in the door here. This place is a disaster.

Several concerns here. The place is under remodel at this time. Things were difficult to locate.
Shoe department. The assistant was having a conversation with another off work employee. Their position at the end of the isle restricted customer movement and it was super uncomfortable to get by them as neither acknowledged that we were even there.
We continued to look at the displays till their conversation was finished about 8-10 minutes. At that time she appeared interested in helping but really didn't try.
She moved on to others and we left to go to a show store across the street.

It’s the little things that make a big impact. Ryan (friendly) offered to pump the basketball we bought. Something small, but we don’t have to worry about finding our pump later! Thank you again

This place is a joke! Looked around while the other half was in Joanne’s. Figured I would check out the fishing department. Half the rods have pricing, the other half nothing. None of the gear has pricing at all, just sitting there on the pegboard. No associate to be found unless you walk completely to the front. Take the extra ten minutes and drive to Bass Pro, hell drive the hour and go to Cabela’s.
Will not stop again.
