“I went to Payless Pitstop for my vehicles for a couple of years while I lived in PA. They consistently did a great job taking care of my vehicles. We moved to NY recently and a part failed under warranty (not their fault at all) and they went out of their way to help me get the warranty replacement from a local parts store. “I run a cargo van company and was in the middle of a weekly route when my truck started giving me problems. Eventually, while I was making deliveries near Capital City Mall, the truck completely shut off and went dead. I was hundreds of miles away from my normal mechanic, my van was full of cargo, and I had no idea who I could trust to get me back on the road.
I called a few dealerships first, but they were telling me they were booked out for weeks. I asked ChatGPT who I should call in the area, and Coke’s came up. Calling him turned out to be a great decision.
From the first phone call, he was friendly, understanding, and immediately made me feel like the situation was going to be handled. He told me he would take care of it that night, which was a huge relief because I had freight in the truck and needed to keep moving.
You could tell right away that he had decades of experience. He even noticed issues around my intake that the dealership had previously overlooked. More importantly, I could tell he genuinely cared about getting me and my truck taken care of, not just making a quick repair.
He even gave me a ride back and forth to my hotel and had the truck ready for me the next morning.
If you’re a truck driver, cargo van owner, or anyone who breaks down in the Camp Hill area and needs a knowledgeable, professional, and dependable mechanic, I would absolutely recommend Coke’s. He helped me out when I really needed it and got me back on the road.”

“I had visited Hoffman Ford for the first time a few weeks ago. My husband had recommended them because he bought his truck from them and goes there for his service. Since I don't own a Ford and it's about 20 minutes away, I never bothered going, however after I had another horrible experience with Faulkner Toyota (only about 10 minutes away from me), I decided to give Hoffman a try.
I was SO pleased with everything! Not only was it easy to book online, but I also received amazing customer service from everyone that worked there. Not just bare minimum politeness, but they all went above and beyond and were very kind, thoughtful, and patient. I jokingly told my husband that I felt like royalty at the check-in/drop-off time. Everyone was so great, and I don't often see that top notch customer service anymore.
I didn't have to wait at all when I dropped off my car, the check-in experience was quick and seamless, and then the shuttle that I had scheduled to take me back home was ready and waiting for me.
I was given an estimate of when my car would be ready, received updates about my car throughout the day, and they stuck to their word and had it ready on time. I was very happily surprised to see that my car inspection was very affordable (it was actually about the same price for my inspection plus the needed windshield wipers with Hoffman as it was for just an oil change at Faulkner). I'm also glad that Hoffman didn't try to sell me things to make my bill higher.
Overall, I am very happy with everything at Hoffman, and even though it takes me a bit longer to get there than ideal, I will happily go a little out of my way if they continue to be this great each time.”
“Excellent experience purchasing a Used Mercedes-Benz. I was able to deal directly with the owner of the Dealership and he was very kind and accommodating and professional. During the test drive I noticed a slight noise coming from a suspension component on the driver side. He said that he would evaluate the vehicle himself and give me a call as soon as the issue was resolved. He called me within 4 hours and stated that he replaced the sway bar end link and that the car was good to go. Sure enough, all was perfect with the repair and we finalized the sale. Pricing was fair, service was timely and professional, the purchasing process was very smooth and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.”

“I have a 2016 Mercedes that had an engine light on, and was just serviced by another shop recently. With that said I decided to go with Hawkins and test out the waters. They were able to get me in ASAP, and the car was fixed within 48 hrs. Parts were ordered Monday, and the car was repaired by Tuesday before closing. The customer service was second to none, and the cars is perfect. We will continue with Hawkins Service Center , and I highly recommend them.”

They diagnosed a million issues with my girlfriend’s car which no one else would’ve done for what we came in for. This is a good thing because they had no idea whether or not we were going to pay for it, and finding out all those issues was definitely time consuming for none of their own benefit.
