I sort of blame myself for not closing my accounts sooner. The red flags were there. Their customer service is atrocious. For some reason I couldn't use my card and the disrespect, rudeness, and just down right meanness I experienced trying to find out why, was the final straw. Been banking with them for almost a decade. Leigh shouldn't be a manager. With her being a manager and being rude, condescending, and aggressive, you can see that style incorporated in her employees. Tony is the only saving grace. He has always been a professional no matter the situations I observed him to be in. You know it's bad when you wait just for him to avoid the potiential of getting talked to ridiculously/rudely. Don't bother doing business with them. Save the headache.

Tried to get a loan ended up just dropping everything because the person took for ever i was never given a call to update me or ask for anything i would call THEM and then they would tell me i needed this and that i provided what they asked fast i don’t think Leigh gives her all to their clients.Felt like they didn’t care/ she didn’t try at all.

I'm 17 and got scammed and lee had ME feeling like a criminal when i asked for help ? she straight up scolded me because I “compromised my account.” she just repeatedly told me how i was in the wrong instead of helping me take the steps to get my account back?? super helpful!!

They were suppose to close my account down. That didn't happen now I got overdraft fees. I tried calling the customer support line but they never get to you or hang up on you. It's a really bad bank from top to bottom. Horrible and no support.

Don't take my word for it!!! Read the reviews, google the name....it's the absolute worst bank in Pennsylvania. This bank offers nothing...except rude, slow employees with very lacking training. The only reason they have any customers at all is because they inherited them from their merger. WORST BANK EVER. Pull out your money and RUN!

I really wish they put some expertise on the banking app for deposit. The app never reads the amount correctly even with a clear view. I be having to go out my way to go to bank. If this soon don't get resolved I'm moving along across the street.

I miss Metro. FNB has always been the worst. I'm officially done and closing out my account. What's her name Savannah never does her job. My husband had fraudulent activity on his account so she said she would cancel the card and send a new one.. 3 weeks later I call to see why we havent received it and turns out the order was never placed. Also I had a an account for 14 years. There were unauthorized purchases that caused overdraft fees which I had to pay. She never gave me the fees back when she said she would and then it sat with a 0 balance for a month because I didnt have a new card and she closed it out because there was no activity. Crazy. Officially transferring over to MEMBERS 1ST. Go there if you're looking for a trusted bank.

The service very bad, I ask staff about business loan she said please give her number she will call this morning and she give me her name and her number to me too, but I wait about a week nobody call me. So I call to her but have voicemail she said leave name and phone she will call back but now I still waiting nobody call me back.

They constantly lie and say that you are depositing less than what you really are. That is the way they steal your money. They also move the way your transactions get charged to they can charge you more on overdraft fees. Do not make an account with them.

I don't bank here often, only when at the nearby Home Depot, but it's the same as all the other FNB locations. Long waits in the drive through lanes and occasional deposit errors. I have much better luck using the ATM with teller chat. It's quick a and easy and deposits don't require a deposit slip. Just make sure your check is signed or stamped on the back and they'll accept it quickly and efficiently. It's a pleasant experience talking to the man (or woman) in the box and the overall experience is excellent. Tellers and drive through, not so much. Teller chat saved this from being a three star review. True story. And I hope you liked the AIC reference above.

Total heartless piece of s*** company. Brought my father home from the hospital to die and having relatives over so my employer gives me my payroll check so I have cash for all the expenses but this shitty bank refuses to cash my PAYROLL CHECK says it must be held for 24 hrs. TOTAL B******* they have done it many times prior. I tell them my situation and their reply is too bad we can't help you. WILL NEVER BANK THERE AGAIN closing my account as soon as possible. Please tell all your friends and family to NOT BANK WITH THESE HEARTLESS BASTARDS
