I'm 17 and got scammed and lee had ME feeling like a criminal when i asked for help ? she straight up scolded me because I “compromised my account.” she just repeatedly told me how i was in the wrong instead of helping me take the steps to get my account back?? super helpful!!

They were suppose to close my account down. That didn't happen now I got overdraft fees. I tried calling the customer support line but they never get to you or hang up on you. It's a really bad bank from top to bottom. Horrible and no support.

I really wish they put some expertise on the banking app for deposit. The app never reads the amount correctly even with a clear view. I be having to go out my way to go to bank. If this soon don't get resolved I'm moving along across the street.
