“I brought my moonstone pendant to be repaired into its original setting which was a silver ring. They let me know the best and most cost effective way to repair would be to make the moonstone into a pendant necklace. I am so happy with the work, the back is cleaned up and it looks brand new. Also bought a sterling silver necklace which they helped me pick out the most appropriate size. I love the customer service combined with the quality of jewelry. I will go back 100% for all my jewelry needs and if any man wants to buy me jewelry they better buy from here, thank you!”

“I usually don't write reviews, but when I saw this last review, I had to chuckle. I have been buying tools and electronics from this place for over 8 years.To say that "the employees are not welcoming" makes me chuckle. "These guys will greet you before the door even closes behind you. Facts!To say that "there's a feeling of despair" makes me chuckle. These guys have three well-established locations and recently opened a fourth location in Florida last month.To say, "This is where old tech goes to die," makes me chuckle. These guys won't even buy any electronics that are over 3 years old. Believe me, I tried. Facts!To say, "They show you a listing from eBay from three years ago" makes me chuckle. "As a person who has sold and purchased items on eBay, I know that eBay only keeps records of items sold for 90 days. Facts! Unless they're also magicians, chuckle.To say the name of another business that closed over a year ago makes it sound like someone is throwing a tantrum because they didn't get what they wanted (which is 90% of negative reviews on businesses) or because someone put them up to it.(Chuckles vs. Facts)”

“I went to Unveiled to look for a dress for my son's upcoming July wedding. They have a very nice selection of dresses and both Janine & Debbie were great about suggesting styles / cuts a bit different from what I originally thought I wanted. A few of the dresses that are now on my 'possibility' list were ones that I did not think I would like, but they suggested I try anyway. I have been gradually narrowing down my choice, and they are just as helpful / nice every time I show up to try the dresses back on.”

“I'm only giving this store a 5 star rating because of your employee. I didn't catch their name. My daughter had an appt to get her ears pierced at 5:30. We got there at 5:20 and the store was closed. I knocked on the window and explained the situation and they very graciously allowed us in to get her ears perieced. They weren't unkind or impatient at all. They explained that they can't see at store level when the appointments are which is absolutely crazy. I do so appreciate their kindness towards my daughter as it was her birthday.”

“I have long wanted to visit Gem jewelers after a friend raved about this business. I finally stopped procrastinating after I had a serious medical issue and was advised to get a medical bracelet with my condition on it in case I was ever unable to verbalize my issue myself. I ordered an inexpensive medical ID bracelet online and received it soon after. I was disappointed that I had difficulty fastening it. I thought now's the time to stop by Gem. Perhaps they could put on a different clasp or do something to make my life easier. When I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by the woman behind the counter even though I was interrupting her lunch break. I explained my dilemma and she immediately assured me that they could help. And, help she did! She fitted the bracelet with a new clasp loop and now it fits perfectly and I am now able to take it off and put it back on with ease. Hallelujah! I am so pleased with the kindness, expertise and helpfulness I received from Gem jewelers and their very capable staff. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a good jewelers and will definitely refer all of my friends to them. Did I mention that they didn't charge me for this service? I was gobsmacked! Will be going back again!”
