“I had a CPAP machine since 2014. Needed an updated one. Received new machine in September 2026 from DHS. Beings new machine it took a while for me to adjust. Dealing with Kristina was a dream. She was so helpful. Beings I was used to my old mask, headgear and hose, she was awesome at looking into getting the supplies I needed. Kristina, George and the entire staff were nothing but amazing. “Blackburn’s customer service is extraordinary. A complete 180* from my previous supplier.
I had an issue and called. The staff is anxious and happy to help. He hooked me up with Tony, who called me back within minutes. Since I am an hour away we turned it into a FaceTime call so he could see the machine and mask fit so he could help right away. He even called back the very next morning to check on me. You don’t see customer service like this very often anymore.
I highly recommend Blackburn’s. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced and I have been wearing CPAP for 3 decades.”
