I had an issue and called. The staff is anxious and happy to help. He hooked me up with Tony, who called me back within minutes. Since I am an hour away we turned it into a FaceTime call so he could see the machine and mask fit so he could help right away. He even called back the very next morning to check on me. You don’t see customer service like this very often anymore.
