Trace the employee agreed to me was friendly And patient. While there were some difficulties getting things set up trace and Brandon were very patient and helpful.
I was pleased with a new phone and even got an Apple Watch. The cell phone plans are very reasonable and phones can be purchased on a new interest monthly payment plan.
It was a pleasant experience and I feel comfortable if I have to go back or call that my questions will be answered.

“I stopped by this Verizon store recently looking for a phone case for my iPhone. Unfortunately they didn’t have the case for my specific model, but while I was there I mentioned a strange issue I had been having with my phone where certain calls weren’t coming through and it was telling people I wasn’t available. I wasn’t even sure what was causing it.
Patrick helped me out and he was fantastic. He was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely willing to help even though I wasn’t actually making a purchase. He figured out the issue very quickly and fixed the problem for me.
I really appreciated him taking the time to help with something that wasn’t even a paid transaction. That level of customer service really stands out. Because of Patrick, I would absolutely come back to this Verizon store again. He’s excellent at what he does and deserves to be recognized for how well he works with customers.”

“After a nightmare trying to port my T-Mobile lines to Total by Verizon I called these guys up for customer service question about activation a esim I bought on cricket.com. They said they were will willing to help so I went to the store got a regular sim and added a line for my wife in under 10 minutes. They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I lost my lines because Total would not give me porting pins to port them back, but Cricket at Allentown Blv in Harrisburg helped me get new lines. Next time I'll go straight to them! Great Job!”

“Went in for a new phone and questions regarding an upgrade, upgrade was done at a 3rd party Verizon location. We met with Alicia who helped with all our questions, and corrected the errors done at the other location. She went above and beyond assisting us and provided excellent customer service.
This has not been our first interaction with Alicia, as she previously helped us in the past. And we were extremely happy with our interactions with her then.
