“The manager Joshua at this location literally saved the day! My phone was broken and unable to be turned on so I had no way to access my accounts or verify who I was to make an insurance claim. He helped me file a claim for a replacement phone and got confirmation before I left the store that a new phone would be delivered the next day. Awesome guy and highly recommend this location.”

“Amanda and Cody were the absolute best! When I originally got my upgrade in March 2026, everything was messed up from previous associate (no longer works there).We spent months going back and forth to all surrounding verizon stores and multiple calls witch customer service to get it corrected but nobody was able to. Our last attempt to get a resolution before switching to another carrier was an interaction with both Cody and Amanda (manager). Not only were they able to get everything fixed in minutes, they both went above and beyond reaching out through multiple channels to see any additional savings for us! Cody listened to our concerns and was eager to help, while Amanda was patient, experienced, and knowledgeable and knew right away how to correct the situation. These two are honestly the reason we have decided to stay a loyal customer to Verizon!”

“After a nightmare trying to port my T-Mobile lines to Total by Verizon I called these guys up for customer service question about activation a esim I bought on cricket.com. They said they were will willing to help so I went to the store got a regular sim and added a line for my wife in under 10 minutes. They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I lost my lines because Total would not give me porting pins to port them back, but Cricket at Allentown Blv in Harrisburg helped me get new lines. Next time I'll go straight to them! Great Job!”
