Has potential. We went for a concert. It's all standing. No chairs, towels, or blankets allowed inside the event area. Parking was extremely difficult even with parking garages. Plenty of room to walk around and great view next to the river.

Pretty, well maintained. There is a bit of a homeless population so if that scares you away, your loss. Felt safe even after dark. There were people around enjoying the beautiful weather.
