I was looking to buy a refrigerator. Went to the big box stores and no success. I stopped at Harris Tv and nobody waited on me. I remembered Rozman from years ago. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased the refrigerator. I stopped the next day to make some changes; no problem. Great experience.
