Sean was extremely helpful with us finding a mattress, was very patient with us while we laid on different types, and walked us through to show us different types of adjustable frames to help with my lower back problems. Very helpful and offered no interest financing that was very reasonably priced. Cody also helped us with getting some extra discounts and free pillows, and Rich was very polite with helping us with completing all the paperwork. “I was looking for a sales associate it was close to closing time so I work retail I understand. But it was hard to find one at first but I did and it was great service at that point. I do not know there names but all helped us get a bed frame. So nothing really bad just needed help.”
“There seems to be no upkeep on uhaul trucks. Mine was dirty and beat up, needed mechanical fixes. They get you with the quarter tank of gas upon returning it though. High as gas prices are! I would use them again but not for uhaulUpdate: they tried to charge me $3400 but my bank put a stop on it. Once a company can't fraud you for large amounts, they try smaller amounts. But my bank has put stop in any further attempts. I don't even know what this is for.”

“Kirkland customer service is top notch. I ordered an accent chair for a christmas present on cyber Monday. It shipped in a very timely manner, however, the label got messed up and needed to be replaced. The package sat at a fed ex warehouse for DAYS with no movement. I called fed ex twice trying to find out what was going on and basically got the run around. I finally decided to call Kirklands to see what options I had. The lady I spoke with was so nice and so understanding (I wish I would have wrote her name down to give her the credit she deserves). She said she would look into it and put a rush on it. A day later I got an email that another chair was on the way and I would have it before christmas. I am eternally grateful for their assistance. Customer service can't be an easy job, these folks deserve a raise for their continued kindness and professionalism. Thank you!!!!”

“The showroom is less than impressive. However, we were able to find a beautiful bed frame available for immediate delivery. The salesperson at the front desk was helpful and friendly.The kitchen and lighting equipment store located within the store was less than impressive. Staff member didn’t even get out of his chair to assist or greet us. Begrudgingly answered our question with no follow up. We were interested in both a new refrigerator and microwave. We will spend our dollars elsewhere.”

“With the frigid temperatures, I was hoping for a dose of spring gardening (pots). I didn't see any gardening, spring faux flowers. Nevertheless, I did browse through the store to see the Christmas clearance and a display for the Chinese Lunar New Year; it's the Year of the Horse.”
“Great place to unload. Yes you can park over night. As soon as you turn right onto Paxton, they're on the left hand side BEFORE the train tracks....di not cross tracks or you'll miss them. Receiving hours are 7am to noon....but you can park there and no one bothers you. Receiving checks in at door 21. They're in the same building as hope for humanity...great experience and took a little over an hour to unload”

The pressure placed on these employees is unbelievable- just to stay number one in the district? When my daughter worked here (also her friend) they were both reprimanded for calling off due to a store wide stomach virus.
They were told “Everyone else came to work, why couldn’t you?” Mind you, I’m a parent and a customer who also got sick because of this.
**However the 4 stars are because the employees of this store do a great job!***
The management here is just hostile and goal oriented- not people. Which isn’t the way to show appreciation to them for doing such a good job. It’s a shame that I can’t give them 5 stars due to the toxic workplace issues which as a loyal customer means just as much as getting my products within 2 hours.”
