“So often we forget about the importance of service after the sale. Well IFR recently restored my faith in humanity with their service. I had a loveseat in require of repair after one of my "aggressive" 20+ year olds broke the arm. I got repair quotes from others that ranged from $250 to $400. I then called IFR and explained the situation. Their General Manager personally came to my home to assess the damage. He then had his team pick up the loveseat on a Tuesday, repair it and return it the FOLLOWING DAY ! The charge was half of what others were charging . Thank you Jared and the IFR team . Also a special shout out to the delivery team and Manny for making it so easy Thank you”

“The showroom is less than impressive. However, we were able to find a beautiful bed frame available for immediate delivery. The salesperson at the front desk was helpful and friendly.The kitchen and lighting equipment store located within the store was less than impressive. Staff member didn’t even get out of his chair to assist or greet us. Begrudgingly answered our question with no follow up. We were interested in both a new refrigerator and microwave. We will spend our dollars elsewhere.”

“There seems to be no upkeep on uhaul trucks. Mine was dirty and beat up, needed mechanical fixes. They get you with the quarter tank of gas upon returning it though. High as gas prices are! I would use them again but not for uhaulUpdate: they tried to charge me $3400 but my bank put a stop on it. Once a company can't fraud you for large amounts, they try smaller amounts. But my bank has put stop in any further attempts. I don't even know what this is for.”

Supported by strong reviews of the brand and American Freight, I purchased online and elected to pick up in store.Store Manager John and his team work very hard to load the dryer, however we had miscalculated dimensions, so delivery arrangements were made. The delivery team arrived as scheduled and efficiently and carefully moved the dryer to the laundry room.After the dryer was installed, an issue with the machine was discovered. One thing that is disappointing..over the years the automotive section has declined to almost nothing. You could get your head unit, 2 10's, and a 600watt amp, all things to install a small system for under 500$... Now they barely have the 3pack car fresheners!”
