“warning,Please don't ship portable charging units at this location. They are not authorized to ship those.I drove over an hour to ship a portable power unit one way and wasn't able to do so.Its not the customer service professionals who caused this situation.It was regulations.I give the staff a 5.I give the regulations a -20.Over 2 hours plus my gas money gone and i have to waste more time and resources to accomplish a simple task.I won't be compensated for my wasted time and effort.”
