“Very convenient location. Often busy, but customer service is efficient. Tried to up charge for additional packing on an Amazon return on this visit. One order shipped by Amazon consisting of the two boxes was returned. Bar code provided by Amazon produced one return label. Store personnel indicated an additional box and packaging would be required at a cost over $28. Eventually, agreed to tape the two original boxes together for return with the single return label. Should be better process coordination with UPS shipping and Anazon.”
“When I tell you these are the nicest people, believe it. I was in town for business, needed several documents printed in a pinch as the bed and breakfast where I was staying had no working printer. I quickly drove into downtown Harrisburg, after calling ahead and emailing my documents. They were ready on time, and then this incredibly nice young man, Colin, walked me to my destination because I wasn’t sure exactly where I was headed. I made it to my meeting on time, and it was just the nicest experience after a very rushed morning. Will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend! Lovely people.”
