“We were just finishing a family road trip with five kids, hoping to get home that night a few states away, and our alternator died. We called a shop recommended by the auto parts store that tested the car, but got no answer. Tried Don's and told them the situation and they told us to come on over. They were super helpful and friendly, and gave us ideas for what we could do while we waited, even tried to find a loaner van we could use. They got it done in just a couple hours while we waited at the shopping center just down the street and got us on our way.

“I get my vehicles inspected here when my main mechanic is unavailable (I have several old & difficult vehicles). Lenny is the MAN! My work truck had no check engine light on, yet it had too many active monitors to pass the inspection. I am a novice auto mechanic myself and was unfamiliar with this system. Lenny walked me through the system explaining how it all works furthermore he gave me instructions to clear the monitors so it could be inspected. I drove off and followed his instructions and PRESTO! The monitors cleared and my truck was inspected!!!! Very knowledgeable folks and very helpful! *ASK FOR LENNY*”

“Honest, efficient, and helpful. We were traveling from VT to NC and started hearing a scraping metal noise. We are not familiar with this area so we just took a chance on R&S.
Sean was courteous and patient and helped us get back on the road quickly. Like in less than 45 minutes when they already had a full garage.
But wait - it gets better - He also helped diagnose another issue we had been having - knowing that we live hours away and likely would not be coming back to have him fix it for us. We went to a dealership and another mechanic in our town and neither had been able to diagnose the issue. After I finish this review I’m going to figure out the logistics so I can drive 7 hours to have him fix this for us.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
