“It seems as if this store is always busy. There is always a line. With that said, I've never witnessed less than two people working on the line. Employees so far have been pleasant. Which is impressive considering how many people they deal with daily. I've never had an issue with any package I've sent out from here. Parking is not great. I've had to park alongside the pizza restaurant that shares the same lot. They do have adequate handicap parking and there are no steps going into the building. It is a bit cramped, especially when the line extends into other parts of the store. All in all, perfectly adequate shop.”

“I went there by mistake to send a phone back to a company when I should have gone to the post office. Instead of just sending me on my way, the girl made sure the phone was packed well, covered the other tags on the box, made sure the return receipt was in there, taped up the box, and taped down the return address on the box so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. It was so nice and so thoughtful. I couldn't believe she did that for me. She could have just said, you're in the wrong place lady. But instead, she went out of her way just to be nice. And I really appreciate that. It was unexpected and sweet. If I have to ship anything in the future, I will do it through FedEx from now on. That's how you get customers. Good job!!”

“I usually don’t have anything good to say about FedEx but this time I can’t say enough good. All of the employees at this location were so friendly and kind. I have to shout out one specifically, Dawilkin. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was patient and came up with an unconventional solution. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic employee he is. And I must say, I’ve not ever been to a FedEx location where all of the employees have been so helpful and nice.”

I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it. “My experience with Larry was nothing but the best when getting a passport. at the time of going to get my passport, I had realized I forgot my license, Larry reassured me that it would still arrive on time before my vacation! The next week I went back to actually get my passport because I had my license this time and Larry even remembered us! he was super personable and made the whole experience overall great. He took great care of us and we had a fun time talking to him.”

“I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 40 years and it’s consistently reliable. We all know that a trip to the post office can sometimes feel like one more thing to do, but the staff here makes the process much smoother than expected. They are all very friendly and remind us that we still live in a “bedroom community” where people know and care about each other!
The wait times are manageable, even during the mid-day rush. What I appreciate most is the efficiency of the staff; they know their stuff and don't mind answering questions about shipping rates or the best way to pack a fragile item. It’s those small interactions that make it feel like a true part of the community rather than just a government building.
The facility itself is clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of stamps boxes, and envelopes. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, so I’d recommend hitting it early in the morning if you’re in a hurry. Overall, it’s a solid, dependable branch with a hardworking crew. If you need to get a package out the door without a hitch, this is the spot to do it.”
