Steve Shannon in Mifflinburg said they only take Walk-Ins.

Every place was booked out for weeks and could not work with my schedule. I called in and they had me in that day and were so pleasant. They are a huge place and seem so happy with what they do. “Mother's Day 2012 was a wonderful day working on the Met, Mother's Day 2026 was bittersweet as the unfinished Met was loaded up and hauled off to a new home. I got stuck and stalled out. It is now off to a new home to be given the attention it deserves. It is close to being finished and that is all thanks to Metropolitan Restoration and Chris. I saw all the pictures and projects they posted and knew that the only way to save the car from the hideous thing it had become was to strip it down to a roller and start from the ground up. That was probably a big mistake (for my skill set), but I believe necessary for a decent outcome. I thoroughly enjoyed it and now realize my skill set is deconstruction not reconstruction. However, we did get it far enough to take her for a spin around the neighborhood, what a blast that was!
I can’t count the number of phone calls to Chris to order parts and ask questions. He was always kind and patient and helpful. The Met is a darling, special car and it doesn’t make sense for a company supporting that car to be grumpy or impatient imparting a feeling of indifference to the customer. That was never Chris. As a result, all my money happily went to Metropolitan Restoration!”
