Why? Prompt responses to calls and emails, unwavering professionalism, and a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Lori in the office, as well as Sadot from maintenance—each of whom treated me with kindness and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

As for the other apartments I inquired about? Some eventually got back to me. Others never did. Hatboro Lofts set the standard, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.”

“The Glen is such a great place to live! Peaceful yet close to everything, with well maintained units that come with parking, laundry, and central air. However, the highlight of the place are the property managers, Kevin and Laura. They take great care of the residents and the property. The on-site maintenance team is also top notch. Very highly recommend!!”

“I am a new resident to the Flats and have been thoroughly enjoying my time here thus far! The office staff are very friendly and handle all of my requests efficiently. Shana is AMAZING! This was by far the best moving experience as she made everything very easy and explained everything very well! The building location is perfect and I love that it has private gated parking. I would definitely recommend renting an apt here!”

“We lived at Willow Pointe for about 15 months and moved out recently due to needing more space. We enjoyed living there so moving out was a little biter sweet. Keely and the office staff were always on their game and very attentive. When i put a maintenance request in , it was handled in a timely manner.Throughout the year the complex had various group get togethers which were always fun. it was great to have a gym on site so I could work out at any time.If we didn't need a bigger place, we would still be living here.I highly recommend Willow Pointe”

“Let me start off by saying this is a great community with some great neighbors. I've never had major issues here. It's generally quiet and you can feel pretty safe taking a walk at night. Maintenance (in my experience) has been quick to respond and fix issues. I do think the laundry machines are a bit costly to use especially with the price of the rent here but atleast the option is there.I've lived here 2 years so far and the pool has never been open, but they continue to advertise the pool in their marketing materials as an amenity. Despite the lack of pool, my rent has been raised by roughly 10% each year. I'm essentially funding the repairs of a pool I've never swam in and if management continues to raise the rent like they have been, I will likely never get to swim in it after the repairs are complete.”

“I have lived at Melrose Station Apts since 2022 and I love it. Apartment has beautiful modern appliances and it is very spacious. The Management and Maintenance are professional and friendly. I am a senior citizen and I feel safe, comfortable, have access to the train and local stores are within walking distance. The apartments must be soundproof because it is very quiet and the grounds are well-maintained.”

“When I toured back in May I was shown around by Michelle Montalvo, a leasing manager, and I could not have been more happy with the experience! She took it upon herself to give a tour even when she was very busy and it was greatly appreciated! In addition, the apartments are all very pretty and spacious as well as affordably priced. I am beyond excited to move in!”

“Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I only lived here for a few months, but our experience was great! A one bedroom is perfect for two people. Both Ina and the maintenance workers are extremely nice, personable, and understanding. The area is great; the apartment is surrounded by various places. It has remained pretty quiet here (unless I'm just in an apartment not surrounded by families with kids). I would 100000% recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to Warrington.”

“I had a tour last week at Algon with the property manager Kim. Kim showed me a 1bedroom apartment and gave me a tour of the complex and explained the entire process. I left feeling like if I moved here I would be in good hands. The unit was nice and spacious. I am definitely considering this place.”

“Normal doesn't mean Bad. I have been at the Brookmont for about 3 years and had to move to a new state for a new job. The complex offers exactly what it has... a nice place to live at an affordable price. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and pleasant to work with. The area is quiet. Neighbors tend to be nice or leave you alone. Management staff are friendly and I never had any issues getting things I needed resolved.That said, there are some drawbacks. The appliances, while perfectly functional, are somewhat dated. For example, the dryer sometimes needs to run twice to dry everything. This was my first experience with a gas stove, and this may be my personal opinion but it seems worse than their electric counterparts. The bathroom was designed for a person who is 5'5'', so I always needed to bend down to see myself in the mirror or take a shower. There was a mice problem at one point, however management did work towards a solution and I have yet to see another rodent since! As you might imagine, these issues are more irritating than actual problems.Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Brookmont. When looking for a place to live, having somewhere that is quiet, peaceful, and doesn't cause problems is just about all anyone would ask for! The Brookmont delivers on these expectations. I would consider this complex to be a benchmark for a perfectly normal place to live at an affordable price. In my opinion, If the appliances were updated and the bathroom was redesigned for someone who is 6 feet tall, that would be enough for me to give it 5 stars instead of 4.Thanks again for everyone at the Brookmont for providing me with a pleasant stay!”

“Don’t let the negative reviews fool you! 100 York is a fantastic apartment building. The building is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are a bunch of wonderful amenities for the residents. I have read many reviews that are mentioning issues that don’t exist anymore, and haven’t for a while…
