“I've lived at the Preston for 3.5 years. There are great features of this building. The parking lot and garage, in-house gym, and location near 76 and Roosevelt Blvd are definite perks. They also add new amenities to the building, including a sauna this year. Julie, the leasing agent, is very accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. Kenrick, maintenance extraordinaire, is prompt, communicative, and kind. It's a pleasure to see both of them around the building!”

“We have lived in many apartment complexes in the area, and have had the best experience here. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Our maintenance requests are always resolved within a day, usually even within a couple hours. The outdoor sites like the dumpsters, stairwells, and pools are all well maintained.”
“We met with Andre Walker. He answered our questions before we could even ask them. He was courteous, and we felt very comfortable while he was showing us the apartments. When we go back, Andre would be the one that we want to see.”

“I've lived here for 6 years and can honestly say I will miss this apartment building. Ashley and Lori at the leasing/management office are so kind and helpful, and Sadat is so friendly and great with maintenance requests. You stop noticing the train after living here for a while, and the building is so centrally located in Hatboro that you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Pet owners are all friendly with each other, and we've loved our neighbors. The long wait list to get into an apartment here was so worth it!”

“I have lived in valley high apartments the past three years throughout pharmacy school. The team here has always been super helpful and professional with any of my needs as a renter. Moving from Florida I was a little nervous about the snow during the winter but they were always on top of everything here! Snow removal for the cars to go to work and sidewalk/steps to front doors. Leone and Fred were absolutely amazing at fixing any Maintenance issues I may have had. It’s very hard to find a friendly and GREAT maintained crew when renting. I actually loved my apartment layout! Closet space is amazing. They also made the process easy to have an esa dog, which is super relieving. Anthony in the office made everything easy and always was thorough with leasing documents, maintenance requests, explaining the different option for leasing, etc.. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Short drive to Temple university and other university’s, while staying a little further from crammed city living.”
“A unique community! People either love it our hate it. I lived here for a year and enjoyed it....and also it was my gateway into buying a small house in the East Falls community, which I would not have discovered if it weren't for these apartments.”

“I've lived at Colonial Point for nearly 8 years now, and it's been great! The staff and management here are very considerate, caring and helpful. The complex is nice and has always been clean, quiet and affordable.
I feel lucky to have found this place back in 2017, because even after all this time, the place still suits me, and I don't see that changing anytime soon, particularly if rent continues remaining low.
If you're looking for a new place to live, and have come across this complex in your travels, my advice is to go for this place! You won't regret it, and you'll probably end up with a few friends a long the way. I did, and it was never my intention.

“I've been living in this little slice of Heaven for over 36 years. Needless to say, if I've stayed here this long the Management must be doing something right!
If there are any problems, there are very few, the maintenance team responds quickly to take care of the issue.
The complex grounds are beautiful and we are surrounded by a beautiful park, tennis courts, track, baseball and soccer fields.
If you want a place to live that's safe, well maintained, and beautiful Elkins Park Gardens is the place you want to be!”

“I had a great experience touring Dobson Mills/Lofts/Scott, and a big part of that was thanks to Eric. He was amazing; super personable, knowledgeable about the property, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made sure to show me options that actually fit within my price range, which I really appreciated.
I’ve toured several apartments over the past few days, and this was by far the best experience out of all of them. What stood out the most was Eric’s honesty and genuine spirit, he truly seemed invested in helping me find a place I could call home, not just filling a unit. Because of Eric, I look forward to making Dobson Mills my new home.

“We lived at Willow Pointe for about 15 months and moved out recently due to needing more space. We enjoyed living there so moving out was a little biter sweet. Keely and the office staff were always on their game and very attentive. When i put a maintenance request in , it was handled in a timely manner.Throughout the year the complex had various group get togethers which were always fun. it was great to have a gym on site so I could work out at any time.If we didn't need a bigger place, we would still be living here.I highly recommend Willow Pointe”
