“All About Vacuums has fantastic customer service! I brought my vacuum to them for repair (one of the blowers wasn't blowing, that's the best way I can describe it). They checked it out by taking the whole vacuum apart. They couldn't find anything wrong and even ran it for two hours with no problem. Bob would not let me pay him bc he didn't find anything wrong. I was blown away. Who does that these days?! I would never buy a vacuum, or have one serviced, anywhere other than All About Vacuums. Thank you again Bob!”

“Austin and Shamus at Gerhard’s Ambler location were both fantastic. I walked in not knowing to expect but was greeted by that true family-owned style business atmosphere I was longing for. Austin was patient as I asked many questions, proactively offered to price match competitors, and worked with me on a quick delivery time. Purchased a new grill and dishwasher on Tuesday and had a seamless delivery and install on Thursday. It’s nice to say that I look forward to future dealings with Austin and Gerhard’s. Highly recommend.”

“We had excellent experience with AAA. Julie Mensa was our consultant. She was thoroughly professional and extremely patient as she walked us through all the choices and prices. Ultimately, we selected Fabuwood cabinets for our kitchen. They arrived on time. There were a couple of issues once installation began (some of our own making) and Julie was able to resolve all of them in the timely fashion. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful kitchen and laid out exactly as I wanted it. I highly recommend, if you're planning on using AAA Distributors, to ask for Julie.”

While they do not have their own parking there is plenty of public parking available (I never had an issue).People have commented that the showroom is small. This is correct but the bonus is that you are picking appliances from among the few best rather than trying to find the best from among the many mediocre. Nevertheless, based on your need, Jenkintown Electric will be able to help you identify and select whatever model you need.Jenkintown Electric is family run and the staff is always friendly and helpful; service you can’t get from the big box stores. I have always been pleased.When I moved to the area, I bought a washer & dryer from them. I was happy with the price, they installed them, and they lasted until recently with few repairs. Can’t beat that.When I remodeled my kitchen years later, I returned to Jenkintown Electric and purchased a refrigerator and range from them. Again, they installed promptly and efficiently. Completely satisfied.Recently we wanted to buy a dishwasher that matched the refrigerator and range. No question, we returned to Jenkintown Electric. The dishwasher is great and super quiet. Another “home run”.While shopping for the dishwasher we saw a great dryer with larger capacity than our old Maytag. We came back and bought the dryer a month later. “Never have any issues here. Be prepared though that Home Depot and their competitor are brand specific. So if you are (more specifically) a professional landscaper and your business only uses certain brand tools they will not have all the most popular brands out there. So it does sometimes make it difficult if you're on a job and need something quick i.e. filters and it's not a brand they carry. Also be prepared that not all locations carry the same level of equipment. There's a difference when you go to one that's in the city or deep in the burbs.”

“This Home Depot is pretty spot on! The parking is a little annoying because they are angled spots, so depending on which way you go down the aisle will determine which spot you can get, but we went at night an hour before closing so it wasn't too packed.All of the employees are SUPER helpful, my husband and I were looking at appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash/tile and in EACH section someone asked if they could assist us and were super friendly. At the other Home Depot locations I have been to, no one has offered to help, you had to approach them for help. I also saw more variety and options than at the other locations I've been to, so that's also a plus.I'm a fan of this store and will be back soon once my husband and I are ready to pick styles for our kitchen remodel!”

“I don't usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that matter unless I'm helping out my dad or brother with a project but the other day I went to Home Depot to their gardening center. I was looking for s specific fertilizer that I couldn't find and ended up walking out with a plant, different fertilizer, and a pot. When I couldn't find the fertilizer, I gave up and started looking at more Indoor plants since I wanted to buy new ones. While I was looking one of the workers asked if I needed help I told him actually I do and if he knew anything about fetishized, he grabbed another worker who also was unsure because he wasn't entirely familiar. We then all went looking for a worker from the garden center who had never heard of the fertilizer but when I told him I checked the whole wall he walked over and started looking with me. When he said he never has even heard of it he started trying to look at other similar plants' fertilizer options when he finally recommended a multi purpose organic fertilizer that wouldn't change the ph much and that he himself used and so did many different garden centers. I was really appreciative for the help and recommendation and I bought a small bag per his suggestion. I also bought a potted plant because it was a great deal and I bought a proper pot for my plant at home that drains. Overall I got what I needed (mostly) and had great service. The cashier was also very nice. I was super pleased with my experience.”

“DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They use RAS, which I'm almost sure their "big box" competitor does also. I've had more appliances damaged in delivery from RAS, then delivered without issue.
