“I hate Home Depot because it's so big and I can never find anything or anyone to help me find anything. I want to Thank You for fixing your customer service. Today was a great day. I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!”

“Austin and Shamus at Gerhard’s Ambler location were both fantastic. I walked in not knowing to expect but was greeted by that true family-owned style business atmosphere I was longing for. Austin was patient as I asked many questions, proactively offered to price match competitors, and worked with me on a quick delivery time. Purchased a new grill and dishwasher on Tuesday and had a seamless delivery and install on Thursday. It’s nice to say that I look forward to future dealings with Austin and Gerhard’s. Highly recommend.”

“All About Vacuums has fantastic customer service! I brought my vacuum to them for repair (one of the blowers wasn't blowing, that's the best way I can describe it). They checked it out by taking the whole vacuum apart. They couldn't find anything wrong and even ran it for two hours with no problem. Bob would not let me pay him bc he didn't find anything wrong. I was blown away. Who does that these days?! I would never buy a vacuum, or have one serviced, anywhere other than All About Vacuums. Thank you again Bob!”

“Already knew what we wanted. Bosch French door refrigerator. We tried buying it at another multi local store place but a few days before the delivery they tried to pull a bait & switch. I was able to cancel my order and went to Kieffer’s instead. The whole effort was painless, Pat our salesman was great. Your delivery guys treated my house with care moving the old frig out and new one in. I did buy some other appliances from Kieffers when we remodeled our kitchen some years ago that experience was great too.”

“I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue! “I don't usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that matter unless I'm helping out my dad or brother with a project but the other day I went to Home Depot to their gardening center. I was looking for s specific fertilizer that I couldn't find and ended up walking out with a plant, different fertilizer, and a pot. When I couldn't find the fertilizer, I gave up and started looking at more Indoor plants since I wanted to buy new ones. While I was looking one of the workers asked if I needed help I told him actually I do and if he knew anything about fetishized, he grabbed another worker who also was unsure because he wasn't entirely familiar. We then all went looking for a worker from the garden center who had never heard of the fertilizer but when I told him I checked the whole wall he walked over and started looking with me. When he said he never has even heard of it he started trying to look at other similar plants' fertilizer options when he finally recommended a multi purpose organic fertilizer that wouldn't change the ph much and that he himself used and so did many different garden centers. I was really appreciative for the help and recommendation and I bought a small bag per his suggestion. I also bought a potted plant because it was a great deal and I bought a proper pot for my plant at home that drains. Overall I got what I needed (mostly) and had great service. The cashier was also very nice. I was super pleased with my experience.”
