On two separate occasions he ensured that I received the help I needed with the bonds I brought in, even remembering me the second time. Each time a seamless process while maintaining a conversation and smile. Having gone intentionally the second time to ensure I’d have his help, I can say that Isaiah is what anyone could hope to encounter when getting their banking needs serviced. “Oleg is professional, explains banking well, and even assisted me with fraud charges on my personal account making my life & banking so much less stressful here @ the County Line PNC….I'm leaving the bank much calmer than arriving. Oleg has been beyond helpful & I’ll feel comfortable referring him to friends and family. Oleg even ran out to his car for his iPhone charger bc my iPhone battery died too. So kind.
