Metro by T-Mobile helpful and pleasant. Amazing customer service will definitely go back. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. They were very attentive and smart to assess my problems and also give gifts when purchasing any items. Phones can be transferred and upgraded and screens can be fixed. Some were promoted to manager and wonderful job and any problem helps figure it out. However phones are sold but chargers are not recommended and they want to get charger.
The employee was on point, the store has a pretty good variety of phones and plans and there is ample parking

Loving the store I drive everytime 40 minutes to come here I've other stores neer by but horrible customer service loving the girls here.

When here to get my tuesday swag and had a friendly conversation with Muhammad they were out of the swag blanket but he gave me the glass by metro instead. Thought that was so nice of him. Talk about the different sales that were going on for Christmas Thank you for the tuesday swag
