“Nick was terrific! I brought my old and new android in to transfer the data yesterday, Sunday. My old phone was not compatible with my new android. He spent a lot of time with me, was very pleasant and professional. Nick was able to transfer my precious and priceless photos from my old phone to my new phone. He also helped me with Google Maps on my new phone that was not giving me the start option but just a preview option. Nick was able to locate the start option for me. Thank you so much Nick for your assistance! I will definitely rec”

“This is hands down the best Verizon store I have ever stepped into. Everyone that works there is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I made the switch from an android to an iPhone and my messages were not transferring. Angela, Nicole, Eric, and Thiago all worked hard and were committed to getting all of my messages and they did it! They also were able to look at our bill and offer ways to reduce our monthly payment. If you are looking for a Verizon store, this is the place to go. I told my neighbor about them who used a different carrier, and she went and came home a Verizon customer with a much cheaper monthly plan. I highly recommend them! Their staff is incredible!”

“After a really disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Ardmore, PA, where I left feeling completely unsatisfied with both the service and the overall experience, I honestly wasn’t sure I wanted to deal with Verizon again.
But I decided to give another location a shot , and I’m genuinely glad I did.
This visit was the total opposite, and it was because of Lamia Kamal and Nick Polk.
They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they actually cared about solving the issue the right way. They took the time to listen, explain my options clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly before I left the store.
Because of Lamia and Nick, I walked out feeling confident, taken care of, and positive about Verizon again.

“I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with her smiling service, and will definitely make sure she's working next time I need AT&T.”
