“We needed our tires replaced before a long road trip and these guys had a nice selection of options on tires in stock. We have a 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD. our tires price all in was going to be $860. While they had the van they upsold alignment which the van did need. They also recommended rear brake replacement. Total was around $1500 for all work. They I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke to a very knowledgeable and professional employee and scheduled for Sunday. Everyone I spoke with were the same. A great experience from initial call to payment.”
“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! “Brought an a4 Allroad Audi with issues to them. They repaired the vehicle quickly. They gave a reasonable price and when issues occurred, they kept the price reasonable. 100% recommend them! I don't recommend buying an Audi though. Always check the vin before purchasing! Canadian VINs aren't warrantied by Audi in US!”
